Aura — Telegram Booking for Beauty Clinics
Beauty clinics in Iran get most of their questions on Telegram, often late at night when reception is closed. Aura answers those messages on the clinic's own branded bot: prices, durations and aftercare come from what the clinic entered in its panel, and only slots that are actually free are offered. A booking lands in the panel calendar with a customer file created on the spot, a deposit link if the service needs one, and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. Anything medical, or anything the model is unsure about, is handed to a person on the clinic's staff.
// Architecture
An async FastAPI backend on the shared Orv SaaS core, with a Next.js 14 RTL panel and PostgreSQL, one tenant per clinic with its own bot token, branding and webhook. Slots are computed in Tehran time from staff working hours and time off, and a PostgreSQL advisory lock stops two clients from taking the same slot at once. Replies come from Claude with the clinic's services and knowledge in the prompt, a background job every five minutes sends reminders and aftercare messages, and deposits and subscriptions go through Orv Pay with Zarinpal as the fallback.

Medical risk goes to a human
Mentions of pregnancy, diabetes, blood pressure, bleeding or specific medications are caught before they reach the model, and the conversation is flagged for staff.
No double bookings
Availability respects each staff member's hours and time off, and the booking itself is taken under a transaction lock, so two people can't book the same slot.
Aftercare after the visit
Once an appointment is done, the client gets the clinic's aftercare notes for that specific service on the same bot.
A CRM that keeps the leads
Everyone who messages gets a customer file and history, even without booking, and the clinic can send campaigns and discount codes to a filtered list.
