Team Ops Panel
One internal panel where a team tracks projects, work items, deadlines and requests in one place. The same product runs as two separate workspaces, one for Orv Team and one for Titanium Marketing, each with its own domain, members and data. It is login-only by design: members sign in with Telegram and see only the projects and work domains their role allows.
// Architecture
A FastAPI backend with SQLAlchemy and Alembic, where each tenant gets its own environment, sessions and secrets, and Titanium runs on a dedicated PostgreSQL database. The React and TypeScript front end reuses open-source Plane UI components on top of our own API, so it gets Plane's work-item UX without its heavy runtime. A bridge keeps the panel in sync with Orv's AI project manager every few seconds.
// Key capabilities
Telegram sign-in, no passwords
Members enter their Telegram username and confirm with a 6-digit code from the bot or an authenticator app, or just scan a QR code. Sessions last 7 days and five failed attempts lock the door for 15 minutes.
Roles times domains
Seven roles, from owner to client, are scoped per project and per work domain, and the API enforces every permission so the UI cannot be bypassed.
One codebase, many workspaces
Each tenant is filtered before anything is counted or shown, so two teams share the product without ever seeing each other's work.
Work in every shape
Work items as a list, spreadsheet, per-domain board or calendar with Persian dates, plus intake, conversations, files, Google Calendar sync and status alerts from each panel's own Telegram bot.
